The title of this post means "in the afternoon." After siesta is when we explore Salamanca! Last Friday we found several parks on the map and went there.
This is called the Jesuit gate.
One day last week, Amy Anne, Marie, Cecilia and I went to the Casa de Lis. It is an Art Nouveau and Art Deco museum housed in this gorgeous building that used to be a personal palace. Some of the art was extremely strange, but it was still really interesting!
We often end up here - at a table in the plaza, getting ice cream or lemonade. This country loves ice cream as much as I do! There are stands EVERYWHERE.
